Natural Grass Placemats + Coasters (Set of 8)

This brilliantly designed eco-friendly placemats and coasters set is crafted with Sabai, a natural grass. Sabai grass is a perennial grass found in abundance in parts of Odisha. The process of making a Sabai grass product is labour-intensive and time-consuming. The grass is sun-dried, hand-twisted to create ropes, and then rubbed against tree barks to remove rough edges. It is then braided or woven into these one-of-a-kind placemats and coasters. The subtle variations in its texture and weave are a beautiful reminder of the handmade charm.
